Rotary Type Magnetic Seperator

 Our Rotary Grid Magnetic Separators are used in a variety of industries ranging from food and dairy to chemical, Ceramics, Clay, Minerals and pharamaceuticals. They are primarily designed to extract ferromagnetic contamination from powder and granulated products that are prone to caking and bridging ny utilising a rotating grid of magnetic rods.

The housing and casings are constructed from 202/304/316 stainless steel. The unit is able to be fully diasassembled quickly and efficintly, enabling personnel to indertake cleaning and maintenance with ease.

Each rod in the rotary separator houses high strength rare earth neodymium magnets, with the quatity of rods being able to be increased or reduced to meet client client specifications. Our Excel magnetics are available in three configurations:

I: Standard non dairy grade with a magnetic starengh rating Of 10000 - 10500 gauss per rod 2: Dairy grade with easy-clean fuctionality allowing the 202/304/316 stainless steel casing to be removes from the magnetic or custom flages/connections.

Depending on the pipeline/chute that the separator is being installed in, they can be delivered with a variety Of round, Square or custom flanges/connections.

Our rotary gris magnetic separators have a maximum operating temperature of 80'C though high temperature versions which can opwrate up to to 250*C are available on request.
